PLEASE READ THESE INTERNATIONAL CREATOR TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS. THESE INCLUDE VARIOUS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, AND A CLAUSE THAT GOVERNS THE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF DISPUTES.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Services provided by Reputyz tailored for Creators internationally, you agree to comply with and be bound by these International Creator Terms of Service (“Creator AToS”), which amend and supplement the Reputyz General Terms of Service found at [https://reputyz.com/terms/](https://reputyz.com/terms/) (“General Terms”). Please review these Creator AToS, the General Terms, and our Global Privacy Policy located at [https://reputyz.com/privacy/](https://reputyz.com/privacy/). All capitalized terms used and not defined in these Creator AToS have the meanings assigned to them in the General Terms.

2. Data Protection and Privacy

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Reputyz adheres to strict standards for protecting the personal data of its users. Our data processing and privacy practices are detailed in our Global Privacy Policy, which provides information on how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data.

3. Eligibility

To access specific features of the Reputyz services, including creating a Creator Profile, you must register for an account. During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You agree to update this information to maintain its accuracy. 5. Content Ownership and Permissions

By posting content through Reputyz services, you grant Reputyz a global, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content as part of its services, in compliance with our Global Privacy Policy.

You agree to abide by all applicable local and international laws and regulations and to refrain from any unlawful activity or misuse of the services. This includes adherence to data protection and copyright laws when posting and sharing content.

11. General Terms

In case of conflict between these Creator AToS and the General Terms, these Creator AToS prevail. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
